For as long as I can remember, I have loved making real contact through touch, attentive conversation and connection.

Loving touch, warmth and sincere attention are essentials that everyone should have access to.
Such a touch, a massage or even a simple hug makes that the hormone oxytocin is produced in the body. 

Oxytocin makes that stress is released, blood pressure is lowered anxiety decreases and a sense of connection is experienced.
My holistic warm approach ensures that you enter a completely different, much calmer inner world during my massage.

Seniors who live at home, in a nursing home or a hospice in particular benefit much from loving touch. I have a lot of experience with young and older people with Parkinson's, Lewy body, Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. My massages also have a very calming effect during the final phase of life.

I combine different forms of massage such as chakra energy massage, with deep slow myofascia massage, Aurvedic and Lomi Lomi techniques, Reiki and deep connection through which the life and heart energy starts to flow again and you get into a deep state of relaxation.

Throughout my 29 years of experience as HR manager at a commercial company in the luxury industry, I have experienced how very important a good 2nd track ( 2e spoor)  trajectory and reintegration is for all parties involved.

My personal coaching, which I also combine with a massage or/and a Reiki session and a home made lunch if desired, is without any judgement and contributes to the entire healing process.
